James Leopold Weidlein started his real estate career in 2010 working with Summit Enterprises. Leopold oversaw acquisitions and management of multifamily projects. In 2013 he joined NAI Global in Tysons, Virginia and his focus was in the leasing of over 3 Million square feet of warehouse, flex and office properties in Northern Virginia. He specialized in sales and leasing of industrial and office buildings.

James Leopold Weidlein started his own company in March of 2018 and is the principal broker. His primary focus in acquisitions/sales of commercial buildings along with tenant representation in Palm Beach County.

 

This includes representing both landlords and tenants in identify leasing prospects, as well as advising users of office, flex and industrial space to select appropriate real estate locations.

Clients include private investors, business owners, and real estate investment firms. Throughout his career, he has completed hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate transactions and continues to do more business everyday. 

 

He is a 3rd generation real estate broker and truly enjoys working full time in the business. Through honesty, expert market knowledge, reputation, and deal execution, James is one of the best in real estate.

​Over the past 15 years, Chris has been involved in dozens of real estate transactions within the residential, commercial and multifamily markets. His unique perspective as a builder/developer as well as a seller and buyer has given him the ability to spot trends, locate off-market properties and most importantly, to look at homes through a unique lens.

 

Since moving to Palm Beach in 2012 and more recently to the rapidly developing area of Northwood Shores in 2022, Chris has been an active buyer and developer of homes in the area. He takes an on the ground approach and enjoys biking and walking through prospective neighborhoods to get a true feeling as to an areas potential or a homes unique fit within its street.

 

The vibrant real estate market has truly been a passion for Chris and he has focused his energy and talent on finding ideal properties for his clients while also continuing to actively build and develop new homes and commercial projects. Chris brings a strong work ethic along with the integrity, transparency and knowledge needed to locate and execute deals in an ever-changing environment.

 

Chris, his wife Page and three young children enjoy spending time outside together; boating, fishing, golfing, cooking, and enjoying all that the Palm Beaches have to offer.
